HomeSeeker undertakes to protect the privacy and the privacy of users of the Website. HomeSeeker undertakes to collect and process personal data of users of the Site in strict compliance with the Swiss Federal Law on Data Protection of June 19, 1992.
The client’s use of the Website implies that the client conveys to HomeSeeker certain personal information. When the client registers, he/she will be asked to provide the following information:

By registering, the client warrants that age and anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed to use the Website in any manner whatsoever.
HomeSeeker uses the client’s data and information for the following purposes:

• creation and maintenance of user profiles
• provision of subscription-paying services
• provision of marketing information
• processing of orders and rendering of services

When sending a contact request to an advertiser or when clicking on his phone number to get his full contact data, the client’s personal data may be automatically transmitted to this advertiser so that he can recontact the client.
HomeSeeker retains the client’s personal data only as long as the client needed to provide its services. The client’s personal data will be deleted at the end of his/her registration with HomeSeeker.
HomeSeeker reserves the right to keep the client’s personal data for a longer duration, for statistical purposes or in cases of suspected illegal activity on the Website. In such cases, HomeSeeker may also be required to transmit the client’s personal information to authorities if HomeSeeker considers in good faith to have to make such a transfer by law or decision of the authorities, or to protect HomeSeeker’s interests.
Personal data collected by HomeSeeker are hosted exclusively in Switzerland.
The user can always access the personal data concerning him/herself, to update or correct them, by logging into his/her account.
The user can at any time update his/her profile, delete it or even unsubscribe from HomeSeeker. Updates are implemented at the latest within three working days.
HomeSeeker reserves the right, if required, to employ other tracking systems than those named in the section on tracking data for the specified purpose.
Great importance is attached to data security at HomeSeeker that takes the necessary technical precautions to ensure that the client’s data is transferred and stored securely. HomeSeeker uses secure servers in order to increase the data security and, where necessary, standard encryption technologies (e.g. SSL). Tizoo Sàrl in Hauterive (NE, Switzerland) hosts the HomeSeeker Website.
Every client has the right to request information about which of his data is being processed. Every client can request corrections and the deletion of his/her personal data at [email protected]
In the event that services are misused, in particular if there is suspicion of a criminal offence, data can be evaluated for the purposes of investigating the circumstances and, on a reasoned request, be passed along to the responsible authorities or to third parties affected by the misuse.
